- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
- During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
UK Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Our shipping costs £3.99, and is free on orders over £75.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link (if available).
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
While rare, if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your order.
Pre-Orders & Custom Items
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated shipping time will be noted on the product page. Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
