You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK consumer law.
To start a return, contact john@11shirts.co.uk with your order number.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom or personalised items (e.g., printed shirts) are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days.
We will replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights.
