At 11Shirts.co.uk, we want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Returns Policy explains how you can return or exchange items purchased from our store.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
If you change your mind about an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you’d like to return it.
You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at john@11shirts.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Not be a custom, personalised, or final sale item
If returned items are not in a resealable condition, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at john@11shirts.co.uk.
We’ll let you know if the replacement item is in stock.
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at john@11shirts.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item & problem
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
